About Michelle Bravo

EOS – Believe.and live it™
For many plastic surgery San Francisco patients, cosmetic surgery is often the first step towards holistic transformation. Surgery, be it elective or compulsory, can be challenging, stressful and even traumatic for the whole body.
Michelle Bravo, a holistic massage therapist, is respectful and supportive of each patient's life process physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Patients often refer to Michelle as "the bridge" from surgery to recovery.
A graduate of California Pacific Medical Center's Institute for Health and Healing, Integrated Medicine Education program, Michelle had the opportunity to have successful hands-on experience providing comfort and care massage for a myriad of pre- and post-operative patients.
Michelle received her holistic bodywork, massage and coaching training from the World School of Massage and Holistic Healing Arts in San Francisco, CA. She is a graduate of the Australasian College of Health Sciences Accredited Certificate in Aromatherapy program and a member of the National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy (NAHA).
Since 2006, Michelle has been performing pre- and post operative EOS Lymphatic Massage™, an effective technique she developed exclusively for cosmetic surgery clients.
To further illustrate the benefits of pre- and post-operative EOS Lymphatic Massage™, please review the following information:
What is the Lymphatic System and what does it do?
The Lymphatic System is responsible for absorbing and transporting metabolic waste products away from tissues in our bodies. Waste products can include dead cells, large molecules such as fatty acids, proteins, and also viruses and bacteria. After surgery, these toxic products can build-up in the tissues. Waste products can potentially increase and prolong inflammation, swelling and pain during post-operative healing. EOs Lymphatic Massage™ improves lymph flow, accelerates the removal of waste products and helps speed healing.
How can EOS Lymphatic Massage™ help?
By stimulating the lymphatic system through the use of massage and essential oils, the body's natural healing capabilities are encouraged and supported. The detoxifying and regenerative benefits of EOS Lymphatic Massage™ expedite the body's healing process.
Pre-Surgical Benefits:
- Drains excess fluid, toxins and waste products from the tissues
- Helps to stimulate the immune system
- Promotes relaxation
Post-Surgical Benefits:
- Alleviates post-surgical edema
- Reduces pain and inflammation
- Can help prevent post-surgical infections
- Improves skin regeneration and dissipates bruising
- Aids in minimizing scar tissue formation
- Stimulates and detoxifies tissues
- Removes toxic build-up due to the effects of medication(s) and post-surgical lack of physical activity
How can I schedule a EOS Lymphatic MassageT session or book a Series?

Should you have questions regarding contraindications and massage before or after surgery, please do not hesitate to speak with Dr. Beck prior to scheduling any EOS Lymphatic Massage™ sessions.
