About the Surgical Facility
At San Mateo Surgery Center, our primary focus is your safety and comfort. Our operating room is certified just like a hospital operating room and carries Medicare accreditation meaning it has satisfied the most stringent of codes. Located in San Mateo this exceptional facility was designed to make our patients feel at home and at ease. A separate entrance ensures your privacy. Because our practice is dedicated to plastic Surgery procedures, the Surgery center features specialized state-of-the-art equipment. The center carefully maintains the ultimate in sterile conditions. Our staff is highly trained and familiar with the procedural routines exclusive to our specialty. Your anesthesia will be administered by a board certified anesthesiologist.
Once you have sufficiently recovered, you will be escorted to a discreet exit with reserved parking for your ride home. If it is predetermined that you require overnight assistance, a local transfer to a skilled nursing facility will be arranged where Dr. Beck or Dr. Brink can easily attend to you if necessary. Patients can also request in-home nursing assistance.
