24 year old woman previously underwent multiple procedures outside the country presented for revision liposuction with fat grafting to the buttock. She requested an enlargement as well as refinement in her buttock shape. We harvested fat from the regions of her body that she requested improvement and then transferred it to her buttocks. Approximately 600 cc’s of fat was injected into each buttock cheek. Here she is 1 month post operatively. One can see she still has some bruising, yet she has done extremely well with a significant change in her buttock shape and profile. |
