70 year old woman from Dana Point, CA presented with facial aging and skin wrinkling. This San Francisco facelift patient underwent a short scar facelift, fat grafting to the lower eyelid region, with a CO2 full face laser resurfacing. Post operatively notice the significant improvement in the jowl and neck region with improvement in the sagging preoperatively. Also her fine wrinkles have been improved from the laser and she doesn't appear to have bags under her eyes from the fat graft contribution. 14 months post-op.
